History

Paesi Metalúrgica Ltda was founded by Jayme Paesi in April 1997 with a mission to provide fast service and quality in the field of machining and precision adjustment for companies of Supply Chain Oil & Gas of Rio Grande do Sul.

Over time, Paesi started searching for new markets, whereupon in March 2000 established a partnership with a multinational company that manufactures equipment for the agricultural industry, aiming at providing their national line assemblies of hydraulic lift for tractors, achieving great results in quality and care together with the company.

Due to the excellent form it had been providing its products, Paesi Metalúrgica was chosen to be the assembler of the assemblies of hydraulic lift of the company world line, and today is increasingly gaining market share. 

In December 2004, in a dramatic change in its work policy and its administrative staff, Paesi resolved exclusively to direct its activities to the field of production and assembly of assemblies and parts for agricultural and automotive vehicles.

Due to these changes Paesi needed appropriate facilities to its new policy, then in January 2005 moved to its new headquarters also located in São Leopoldo.

In its new headquarters, appropriate lighting systems, new provision of the assembly, implementation of a new system of inventory control and change of machinery to cutting-edge CNC machines were deployed, which have achieved unparalleled results relative to mechanical machines used hitherto.

Currently Paesi through partnerships with its supply chain has the ability to offer assembly and machining of parts and assemblies involving cutting, welding, stamping, and plastic injection molding services, including those involving the development and manufacture of tooling, machining parts, electrostatic and KTL painting, gluing of pieces for later injection or pressing of elastomers.
